Reason of the Day: If you’re waiting for your destiny to hit you in the head you’ll be waiting a long time. I believe you walk into your destiny. So in order to do that you have to keep going through life one step at a time until you reach it, live through it and come out of it into its next enhanced phase. The culmination of these joyful experiences is your destiny. Once you attain what you’ve desired, a new desire will be placed in your spirit and this the journey continues.

Little Book Advice: In our book, You’re the Reason Your Man Cheats: What Men Want and Women Don’t Give,” we advise that finding that perfect loving relationship is like destiny. You don’t just get to it and rest and say ureka! I’ve conquered the mountain. You must continue to nurture the relationship and enjoy the experience. In order to do that we say you must keep the relationship as fresh and new as the first day you met your mate. That means remembering some of those same loving things you used to do and do them again. We all like what we first fell in love with, i.e., constant compliments, affection and attention. So why would you think your mate doesn’t want those same things anymore? Right… He or she does. So continue to walk the journey… you will the happier for it on this road of destiny.

Reason of the Day: We like to keep company with people who amuse us, encourage us,  entertain us, etc. These are all great things. They are usually our mates, family, friends, and acquaintances. These are the types of things and people that can catapult us to our rightful destinies and attain our dreams.

On the flip side, we also know that the greatest hindrance to success and happiness is “fear”- fear of failing, fear of success, fear of the unknown-and the list goes on. So, if the previous list of things and people are those we should keep close to us, why do we keep letting “fear” get “next” to us??? If we allow it in our space it will dominate. Only the things you let near you can bother you. So don’t let fear get next to you, instead act as if it’s not there and focus on the positive things in your life that encourage you and bring you joy.
