Worry and regret stills our joy. We worry because we usually get stuck in inaction and accept the trial or problem as permanent. Most problems are temporary until we get crippled by worry and choose not to act and change our way out of the situation.
Little Book Advice: In our book, “You’re the Reason Your Man Cheats: What Men Want and Women Don’t Give,” we advise our readers to assess the relationship and then take action to change themselves and thus the relationship. However, the easiest way to stop yourself from action is to get mired in worry and regret. You worry because you do not take control of your situation and attempt to change it. You can’t wait for someone else to change first. You must change your situation first by changing the way you think, speak, act and feel.
